Guest Access
Guests will have access to all the house amenities except for the entry closet and the outdoor storage area, which contain private items.
All facilities, such as the house and the outdoor pool, are available to guests.
Other Things to Note
The villa features a heated pool for your comfort. Please note that while the water is pleasantly warm, it will not be excessively hot—perfect for a refreshing and relaxing dip in any season.
Since we are located within a condominium, there are a few minor rules to follow, which will also be displayed at the villa, such as:
- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM
- Late check-in: €25 after 8:00 PM
- Late check-out: subject to availability
- Pets: not allowed – a €250 non-compliance fine applies
- Parties: strictly prohibited – a €2500 non-compliance fine applies
- Extra guests: no more than 6 people allowed in the villa without authorization
